Purchasing supplies should be hassle free. We try our best to resolve your concerns.

To return an item, a request must be entered on our site with 90 days of the purchase date.

If an item is being returned because it is unwanted but is otherwise unopened and unused we can refund the purchase less shipping and handling. The customer will also be responsible for shipping the item back to us.

Items that have passed the 90 day window of return, but are malfunctioning, may be redirected to the manufacturer for assistance.
